Product Manager

This position will report to VP of Business Development and be responsible for managing all Zep Solar products throughout their entire lifecycle. This individual will collect and analyze market data from internal and external sources to address market size, growth rate, profitability, industry cost structures, distribution channels, market trends, competitor information and key success factors.

The ideal candidate will have three to five or more years of experience with product management for a manufacturer, preferably in the solar or construction industry and a degree in engineering, product management, construction management or a related field.

Director of Sales 

 This position reports to the C.E.O. and serves as an integral member of the senior management team. The individual will be responsible for building new business relationships with distributors and project developers as well as managing current customer relationships. 

The ideal candidate will have eight or more years of progressive experience at sales roles in manufacturing or project development and a bachelor's degree in business, business administration, statistics, marketing, economics, engineering or the equivalent.

Product Engineer

The product engineer will design, engineer and develop solar mounting system hardware and accessories, create detailed 3-D models and more. 

The ideal candidate will have two years design experience with photovoltaic system mounting hardware or related products and experience with metal machining and manufacturing processes, as well as a bachelor's in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a related field.
