Parking Services Manager
This position will perform a variety of administrative and management functions related to city parking issues with the main focus on San Rafael's central business area. The employee will earn between $6,887 to $8,371per month and receive benefits. Duties include managing parking structures, parking enforcement, revenue collection, facility maintenance, equipment acquisition and repair.

The ideal candidate will understand the California Vehicle Code, analyze parking supply and demand, understand parking revenue generation and analysis as well as budgeting and contract administration.

Police Recruit
This is a non-sworn, civilian training classification to be used while incumbents are attending a certified basic police academy. Incumbents in this classification receive the same employee benefits as police officers, with the exception of being placed in the miscellaneous retirement category until successful completion of a designated police academy.
The ideal candidate will have a high school graduate or its equivalent and have completed 30 semester (or equivalent quarter) units from an accredited college or university.

Site Leader
This position is a working supervisor role. In addition to performing hands-on maintenance, this individual will supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in maintenance by performing event set up, painting, minor electrical, minor pluming, inspections, general cleanup and floor repair.
The ideal candidate will have a high school degree or G.E.D. An associates degree or diploma from a college or technical school is preferred. The candidate will also have a minimum of three years of general maintenance experience in a commercial maintenance environment and a minimum of one year of experience as a maintenance lead or supervisor.
