Novato's Ron Leach Named to First Federal Savings Board

Leach, a leader with several nonprofits and service organizations, runs Rafael Floors.

First Federal Savings and Loan of San Rafael has elected Ron Leach of Novato to a three-year term on its Board of Directors.

The bank first opened in 1963 to help fund the restoration of Marin's  beautiful but deteriorating Victorian homes. First Federal is a lender specializing in multi-residential and commercial real estate loans and does not engage in subprime lending.

Leach is owner of Rafael Floors, a 57-year-old San Rafael business. He is a graduate of San Jose State University with a degree in accounting and finance.

Ron’s family has lived in Marin County since 1906, relocating from San Francisco after the earthquake. In addition to his business interests, Ron is a member many local nonprofit and service organizations.
