New Community Map to Include Free Listings for Chamber Members

Members of the San Rafael Chamber of Commerce will be included in a new community map that will be mailed to 20,000 local residents in November.

Members of the will get the chance to spread awareness about their business thanks to a map publishing company.

The San Rafael Chamber of Commerce teamed up with Mill Valley-based MyMapbook, LLC to expand their annually printed Central Marin Community Map Book to include all chamber members in a business listing section which is new to this year's edition.

"We are proud to announce that this will provide expanded value and benefits to our San Rafael chamber members and to Central Marin residents at no additional cost,” Chamber CEO Rick Wells said in a release.

The Central Marin Community Map Book is a community atlas that is mailed every November to over 20,000 community residents. Approximately 600 local businesses are included in the chamber and will have free listings.

Chamber members can also choose to advertise at a discounted rate, while the rices range from $315 to $2,880 for non-members.

It would be nice if the comments section had "Thumbs up / Thumbs down" like the PressRead More Democrat.

We have been to Pet Emergency a few times with various animals over the years, and they areRead More absolutely FANTASTIC! Top quality medical care, and a very caring and compassionate staff. I can't say that I look forward to going there (sick pets are always difficult), but I am sure glad they are here for us when we need them!
