Celebrating the Lamb — An evening of educational fine dining and the art of butchery
Enjoy an evening of fine dining and the art of butchery with clebrity Dave the Butcher and Chef jW Foster of San Francisco's Fairmont Hotel in a unique fundraiser for Homeward Bound of Marin. Dave the Butcher will show how to break down a whole lamb, while Chef jW Foster will present a cooking demonstration using various parts of the animal. Plates will be served throughout the evening and a local winery will pour with each course. The menu for this event will be:
