What do they offer?
The Copy Shop and Printing Company is not just a place where customers go to create a poster or a flier. They welcome clients looking for a full off-set press, black and white or color copies, graphic design, printing, mailing, faxes and stamps. Not to mention the best customer service agent, Mr. Bailey, accompanied by an adorable and friendly Golden Retriever welcoming all to his space, including children. Offer him a doggie treat and he’ll be ready to show you the ropes!

Who Are They?
Owners Richard and Susan Goldstein were born and raised in Marin County. Richard graduated from Tamalpais High School and his wife Susan from . The business was founded by Richard’s parents in 1976. This is a place where generations of customers enjoy the expertise and friendly faces one can only find in a family-owned company.

How long have they been there?
The Copy Shop has been helping customers for 36 years, 25 of which has seen Richard at the helm.

Why are they in our Business Spotlight?  
The Copy Shop offers chain store pricing with unbeatable customer service. It is an independent and locally owned business on the cutting edge. Richard and Susan aork with non-profits, schools, the city and local mothers' clubs, such as the Ross Valley Mothers Club.

In these economic times, this is a business that has managed to stay fair and competitive. It is a place where employees and owners have seen a generation of clients, where families bring holiday mailings and share stories. It’s not just a one-time sell to the Goldsteins.

Richard and Susan have stories about children they’ve seen grow up, not only in photos or family letters but in reality, because as Richard said, “this isn’t just a business, it’s a relationship.”

Did You Know?
The Copy Shop has a claim in the cinema hall of fame. They made one of the first copies of the Star Wars script for a certain Marin resident!
