San Rafael-based software company was named number 52 on Fortune's list of top 100 best places to work.
Among the perks for Autodesk employees mentioned in the magazine are the ability to bring dogs to work and to take a six-week paid sabbatical every four years, of which 365 did so last year, according to Fortune.
Of the 100 other companies listed, which were divided into other categories that included pay, benefits and work force size, Autodesk ranked number 10 for their average annual pay of $150,500 for salaried employees.
According to Fortune, Autodesk's job growth increased 5 percent in the past year, with close to 900 employees located in it's San Rafael headquarters and around 450 in San Fracisco.
Google, based in Mountain View, Calif., reclaimed its number one spot as three-time champion. The list also featured tech companies, chain grocery stores, hotel chains and more.
