Viewfinder: Harry Potter Tickets Sold Out at Northgate Hours Before Show
Harry Potter fans flock to the Northgate Mall for midnight showings of the last installment.
, one of the largest movie theaters in Marin, sold out of Harry Potter tickets hours before the show even began, according to movie theater staff.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 will be featured on 15 different screens at Northgate, beginning at 12:01 a.m. July 15.
The movie is the last installment in an eight-part series about the orphaned boy wizard who must overcome his evil nemisis, Lord Voldemort.

Fans, some dressed as their favorite characters from the series, began piling into the lobby at Northgate Mall as early as 6 p.m. with lawn chairs, snacks and board games to pass the time.
