This year marked the 23rd anniversary of San Rafael's Dia de los Muertos celebration. Held at Pickleweed Park Community Center on Saturday Nov. 5, the event featured performances from the Mixcoatl Aztec Dancers, the Chan Kahal Mayan Dance Group, and Ballet Folklorico Netzahualcoyotl. Visitors to the event were also able to participate in arts & crafts, pay their respects at one of the many beautiful altars, get their face-painted and partake in traditional storytelling.
