Trick or Treat down Fourth Street

he Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) will host the 25th annual free and safe Trick or Treating experience for kids on Fourth Street. Every year, hundreds of families visit our friendly merchants handing out goodies and sweets to kids in costume!  Starting at the Downtown City Plaza or in the West End Village, kids and their parents can pick up a list of participating businesses and a free Halloween pencil or set of stickers. Then the walk down 4th Street commences, giving kids a chance to show off their costumes and merchants a chance to showcase their businesses. We are encouraging kids and their families to make their Halloween Green this year. Kids who make their costume out of recycled or re-used materials get a chance to enter to win our Hallow-Green costume contest. Best top three costumes get a great prize. Contest is from 2-3pm in the City Plaza.
