Trick or Treat Down 4th Street

Once again, the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) will host a free and safe Trick or Treating experience for kids on Fourth Street. Hundreds of families visit our friendly merchants handing out goodies and sweets to kids in costume!  Starting at the Downtown City Plaza or in the West End Village, kids and their parents can pick up a list of participating businesses and a free Halloween pencil or set of stickers. Then the walk down 4th Street commences, giving kids a chance to show off their costumes and merchants a chance to showcase their businesses. The atmosphere is festive with hundreds of balloons lining the street making the way for ghosts and goblins alike. Come join these cute little devils and find out what surprises are in store for you from Lincoln to the West End of Fourth Street.

This year we have added a Haunted House located in Downtown at 1100 Fifth Avenue. The Haunted House, designed for all ages will be spooking kids from 11-3pm. Stop by and play games or make a craft before the trick or treating begins.

Trick or Treat Down 4th Street takes place on Saturday, October 30th beginning at 1:00pm. Trick or Treaters must be in costume and accompanied by an adult. It continues until 2:30pm.
