The 85’s plus Zoo Station -A Totally “Rad” Party

The 85's provide a “totally rad” set! They will start this dance party by performing high energy and “true to the original” renditions of classic pop and rock songs from the 80’s by artists such as Berlin, Pat Benatar, The Clash, English Beat, Duran Duran, Eurythmics, Fixx, INXS, Madonna, Police, Pretenders, Prince and so much more! Skinny Ties, big hair and tight jeans are ubiquitous symbols of 80's fashion..Well that was then and this is now, but what you DO get with The 85's is the most straight up energizing cool tunes that came out of that era! They just wanna rock the songs they grew up with and loved, and play 'em well. Time to PAAAR-TAY baby!!! The 85's Band members: Adam Berkowitz: Drums and Vocals April Grisman: Vocals Matt Denko: Keyboards Django Bayless: Bass and Vocals Monroe Grisman: Guitar and Vocals Opening the show will be Zoo Station - The Complete U2 Experience. This set with Zoo Station is like a real U2 show. The lights go down, it's dark and the soaring sound of a rock band bound for greatness collides with the low ceiling of a small club. It's like 1978 all over again, when U2 first stormed the pubs of Dublin, Ireland. But this is the 21st Century in San Francisco, and the band is Zoo Station, a quartet that bills itself "The Complete U2 Experience." Since 2001, this talented force has delivered the visual, musical and spiritual thrill of a U2 concert to the Bay Area. The Band is: Singer Bonalmost leads the show, flying high with the vocal strength and confidence of Bono's The Joshua Tree days. The Sledge showers thick layers of effectual guitar work over crowd Adamesque on bass Barely Larry on the drums deliver the pounding heartbeat of some of modern rock's most memorable songs.
