The Marin History Museum hosts Ranching and Rockin' at Olompali through December 2010. This exhibit includes historic maps, ranch artifacts and photographs detailing Olompali's diverse use as an early Miwok village, a Mexican land grant ranchero, Victorian estate, swim club, and hippie commune. This new exhibition complements another current exhibition at the Boyd Gate House, Growing the Future: Farming Families of Marin. Learn more about Marin's diverse historical background at both of these engaging exhibits.
