Come on down to Pin Up Hair Emporium & Unique Boutique to help celebrate, along with the West End, our 1st Anniversary... We are thrilled to be a part of the resurgence of the West End of 4th Street and will be having a good old fashion funk & soul dance party to CELEBRATE! DJ Nate of Backyard Boogie (another fab West End biz) will be spinning two turntables and lots of vintage, groovy tunes to get down to while the neighborhood comes together to mark this important milestone in any small business.
