The Kanbar Center celebrates world music, culture and dance with the vivacious upbeat & energetic Latin rhythms from cosmopolitan Buenos Aries. A pre-event Latin dance lesson sets the evening, as Los Pinguos will keep you dancing throughout the night and guarantees an evening of fun.  Los Pinguos has been featured on two Putamaya
CD compilations and has fans growing in numbers world wide.

These days Los Pinguos can be seen performing from
World Festivals to Performing Arts Centers across the nation and beyond.  Experience them in the Hoytt Theater at the Osher Marin JCC in San Rafael.  Sit back at an intimate lantern-lit cabaret table while sipping a cocktail, or spend the night on the beautiful wooden dance floor moving to great Latin Rhythms.

WHO:  All are invited, no membership necessary.

The Kanbar Center for the Performing Arts is the
Performing Arts Department within the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center in San Rafael, California.  Originally known as “CenterStage” they have spread the power of music, voice, humor, taste, culture, movement and words
throughout the community for over 20 years. 
Presentations include classical music, club style dancing events, comedy, musical concerts, film, theater and performance in the grand Hoytt Theater, lectures, chats and demonstrations in the Kurland lounge and great world music and dancing for all ages outdoors under summer
skies on Swig Field.  Centrally located in Marin County, the campus offers ample FREE parking and is just ¼ mile East of Hwy 101. 
Membership is never required to attend.
