Living with Wildlife Photography Contest

San Rafael's Wildcare Center wants you to give it your best shot with their 2010 Living with Wildlife Photography Contest. Get outside with your camera and enter your best wildlife photographs in WildCare's fourth annual Living with Wildlife competition. There are four entry categories: Bay Area wild birds in their natural settings, Bay Area wild animals in their natural settings, general nature, and living with wildlife animal interaction shots.

The prize for the Best in Show photograph will be $500 and your photograph featured in WildCare's Newsletter. Prizes will also be given for the best photograph in each category and for a People's Choice Award to be determined by an online vote. Following the contest, the top five photographs in each category will be included in a traveling exhibition displayed in Tamalpais Bank's seven Marin County locations.

The deadline for entries is September 17, 2010 and if you have questions please contact Photography Contest Coordinator, Alison Hermance. Entry forms and contest rules are available on the Wildcare website.
