The reality of complex family dynamics are exposed when a socially-conscious Mill Valley mother and her two adult sons confront issues about the father's recent death. Larry Klein's new American play follows the Ogden family's complicated and revealing journey as they search for courage and hope while struggling with changing times and unfulfilled dreams.

Loosely based on a true story, "Dead Man's Wake" is a character driven play with humor, romance and poetic language.

With hints of American stage classics by Arthur Miller, Eugene O'Neill and Tennessee Williams, "Dead Man's Wake" is set in Marin County in 1969.
