Jay Alexander is a master magician who has performed his comedy magic show in theaters around the world, for Fortune 500 companies, and for celebrities that include Robin Williams, John Cleese and the Rolling Stones. He is taking time out of his touring schedule for this special fundraiser. All proceeds from his appearance will benefit the Hamilton PTA for "Arts and Enrichment Programming." Jay is the father of two Hamilton students and a strong supporter of arts in the schools.
Jay says, “I have dyslexia and the only way I got through school was because of the arts. The arts teach creative, collaborative and critical thinking skills that are useful in all aspects of ones life. So many concepts of reading, writing and arithmetic made sense to me after learning them through music, theater and art. I want to make sure schools still have arts so kids that have trouble learning in traditional ways can still flourish.”
This highly anticipated Bay Area appearance will have two shows. One at 2 p.m. and another at 5 p.m.
