Bulldogs Raise $9K

San Rafael athletic supports raised around $9,000 at the . The money will go to new uniforms, equipment and much more.

Approximately 85 people participated in the event, which included dinner and golfing at the Saturday.

Miller East Coast Deli, a restaurant moving in to Monetcito Plaza, and Row 11 Winery were among several local businesses that showed their support by sponsoring a golf hole or donating food or prizes for a raffle.

Marinites filled the Other Cafe at Saturday night to hear Sue Murphy and Kevin Meaney bring down the house. The night included four comedy sets and a live showing of The Dating Game.

Election Kickoff

San Rafael mayor hopeful Greg Brockbank held his election kickoff party at his house near Sunday afternoon. Party-goers included council member Damon Connolly, owner Bill Daniels, , Sen. Mark Leno and many more.
