The pursuit of fugitive Aikeem Lloyd Roberts finally ended on a patch of concrete near Third Street and Lootens Place after the suspect jumped from an adjacent two-story parking garage and bounced off an awning.

Police arrested a man suspected of exposing himself and masturbating in public on a busy downtown San Rafael street during the evening rush hour.

 

Friday, Jan. 17

Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. on Friday proclaimed a State of Emergency and directed state officials to take all necessary actions to prepare for these drought conditions.
