Monday is a Holiday

College Hoops

The Lady Penguins challenge Grand Canyon University for the first game of the 2012 year on Tuesday, Jan. 3. Come down and support your local college team. The game will be at Conlan Recreation Center Main Gymnasium at at 6p.m.



Developing Memberships

The will be holding it’s monthly Membership Development Committee Meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 4, from 12p.m. to 1p.m.


We Heart Marin County

Free Speech Award Deadlines

Friday, Jan. 6 is the last day to submit a nomination for the James Madison Freedom of Information Awards, presented each year by the Northern California Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists, which recognizes Northern California organizations and individuals who have made significant contributions to the advancement of freedom of information and expression. I can't say that I look forward to going there (sick pets are always difficult), but I am sure glad they are here for us when we need them!
