19th Annual MASTER MARINERS WOODEN BOAT SHOW

The 19th Annual Boat Show is being held at the Corinthian Yacht Club in Tiburon where traditional yacht owners take pride in inviting the public to view their historic yachts of a bygone era.  This is one of the few boat shows where the skippers invite all to come aboard and learn the history of their boat.  The gate fee is $10, chldren undeer 12 accompanied by an adult are free, and there is model boat building for the kids.  All proceeds go to the Master Mariners Foundation which provides funding for youth groups that includes sail training on Tall Ship education trips and skills that are associated with building, restoring and maintaing traditional yachts such as the ones at the Boat Show.  Music by the San Francisco Feetwarmers Jazz Band, food from the Corinthian Outdoor Bar & Grill and the warm summer sun makes this a great day by San Francisco Bay.
