“Our almond and pecan toffees are our tried and true favorites,” said Toffee Talk founder Catherine Hughes, who turned her godmother’s recipe into an award-winning confection.  “We are thrilled to accept this award and be named the Official Toffee of the 5th Annual Taste Awards,” Hughes continued.

“Toffee Talk is a true artisan confection -- using only high quality ingredients made in small batches that are hand broken and hand wrapped,” noted Ellin Purdom, director of social networking.

Furthermore, the toffee is all natural, gluten-free, with no additives, and has a shelf life of up to six months. Toffee Talk is available in five varieties: almond, pecan, red walnut, peanut as well as ice cream topper Crumble Mumble.

The 2013 International Chocolate Salon Toffee entries were evaluated by an impressive line up of judges including Candy Industry Magazine, YumSugar, Draegers Markets, Blue Kitchen, Food Lovers’ Guide to Chicago, and DyingforChocolate.com.
