Open "Waiting List" at Tam House

Tam House is Full. . .full of cooperative, independent seniors committed to sharing two nice, peaceful homes together.  For over 30 years the Ross Valley Ecumenical Housing Association has been opening doors with the Lowest Rent Package in Marin (seriously!  residents pay an average of $850 per month total for rent, utilities, free wi-fi, most food and community!).  

So, if you are a Marin Elder (or know one) ready to join a harmonious household that shares a homecooked, family-style meal every night, visit the website, read the resident criteria and submit an application for our "waiting list" file:  www.tamhouse.org
