Free Presentation on Midwife Delivery at Marin General Hospital

When it comes to childbirth, Marin moms have plenty of choices to personalize their experience, and more and more of them are choosing to be delivered by Certified Nurse Midwives. This is a great choice for healthy women with low-risk pregnancies and we are one of the only hospitals in the Bay area to offer access to midwives 24/7. If a medical need arises during labor, our OB hospitalists are also onsite 24/7 and can attend to patients immediately.

On Monday, April 7th, from 6-8 pm, Marin General Hospital (MGH) will offer “The Midwife Way,” a presentation and Q&A on the benefits of midwifery. The presentation includes an overview of the MGH midwife program, a chance to meet their midwives, testimonials from patients who can share their personal experiences and a tour of the maternity unit.
