San Rafael, CA (June 3, 2011) -- Whistlestop, the non-profit organization that provides vital services to Marin County’s older adults and individuals with disabilities, is pleased to announce that the Family Album Project is coming to Whistlestop’s center in downtown San Rafael.
The Family Album Project team noticed a loss of family portraiture in our digital age, and mourned the loss of heirloom photographs that are passed down through generations.
The Family Album Project will take portraits of older adults and their families. Each person shall receive a 5×7 and four wallet sized pictures at no cost.
The Family Album Project will be at Whistlestop’s Active Aging Center, 930 Tamalpais Ave, in San Rafael on Monday, June 20, from 10am to 3pm. To reserve your spot, contact Whistlestop’s front office at 415-456-9062.
