McIlvaine’s
knowledge will help advance the Center’s reputation as the leader in executive
search and interim placements for nonprofit organizations. "I look forward
to partnering with Center staff to make the department even more innovative and successful,” said
McIlvaine. For the past five years, McIlvaine has served as Vice President for
a leading staffing agency in San Francisco. As VP she managed a team of
twenty-five to produce $4 million in placement revenue, the highest in the
agency’s history. Before that time, McIlvaine served as Senior Recruiter and
Senior Consultant for two of the largest healthcare search firms in the U.S.
“Nancy’s long history of successfully recruiting, referring and matching clients while
building excellent, long term relationships is essential to our goal of
remaining the Bay Area’s top choice in executive search and interim placement,”
said Linda Davis, CEO.

at Stonehill College responsible for internal and external operations. As the
Center's Director, Georgia led its external outreach and fund development
efforts, signature training programs, and specialized consultancies in the
areas of organizational assessment, board development, and strategic planning.
“I've worked
and consulted with a myriad of nonprofit leaders through my work at the Center
for Nonprofit Management, and truly look forward to supporting the work of individuals
in Marin,” said Antonopoulos. In addition, Georgia serves on the
board of the Massachusetts Nonprofit Network as a founding board member and as
a Trustee for the Massachusetts 4-H Foundation on the board for the Boys &
Girls Club of Brockton. “Georgia’s passion for the nonprofit sector and
experience as nonprofit director, consultant, and facilitator make her the
perfect match for re-envisioning the scope of our Education and Training
department,” said Davis.

“We
couldn’t be more excited about hiring Nancy and Georgia. The diverse set of
experiences and knowledge both bring to the Center will allow us to continue to
