On Monday, October 21st, Bishop Robert McElroy of the San Francisco Archdiocese (acting head of the Office of Public Policy and Social Concerns) will be speaking at St. Raphael's Catholic Church, at 7:30 pm, on the topic of "Respect Life Month". Among other things, he will be speaking on the "World Youth Day", and focusing on Pope Francis' challenges to youth.
In addition, Bp. McElroy will participate in Marin County's local "40 Days for Life" prayer vigil, which is taking place seven days a week at the new Planned Parenthood facility at 2 "H" Street, San Rafael. Bp. McElroy plans to be at Planned Parenthood at approximately 5:30 pm on Monday October 21st, to participate in the prayer vigil, before heading to St. Raphael's for his talk at 7:30 pm.
