This 48-foot-long model of the Golden Gate Bridge serves as the entrance to the bridge celebration at the Marin County Fair.
This 1937 Packard Coupe, built in Bakersfield, was one of the first vehicles to cross the Golden Gate Bridge when it opened to traffic on May 28, 1937.

This small-scale model of the towers of the Golden Gate Bridge was used to test the vertical, longitudinal and transverse loads they could handle. The bridge passed the 1933 stress test.
